The dry red wine the name of which is associated with the creation of the winery.
Produced from grapes from the Hamburg muscatel variety with the classic red wine making method.
The must and the grapeskins are kept for a few days in 50 tonne stainless steel wine
making tanks and under limited stirring conditions so as to achieve the extraction of the colouring matter. This period also sees the beginning of partial alcoholic fermentation.
This is a light red wine distinguished for its aroma.
Drank enjoyably at enviromental temperature.
