ARHAIKOS
VIN DE LIQUEUR

Arhaikos is a sweet red wine which comes from the Hamburg muscatel.
This particular variety of grapes is especialy well suited to the region of Tirnavos and constitutes an important part of the Greek vineyard as it is rarely met in order parts of the country.
It is in this type of wine that the aromatic variety of the muscatel shows its class.

The intensely aromatic and taste qualities are accentuated ideally by the unfermented sugars.
The wine is allowed to mature in wooden barrels made of oak over a span of many years (20) which see the development of a rich bouquet, added taste and the completion of a deep red colour with brown hues.
Consumed at enviromental temperature as a liqueur drink after dinner but also accompanied by desserts.
Available in 0,75 L bottles with alcoholic content 18% vol and 5 Be.
