WINE COOPERATIVE OF TIRNAVOS was founded in 1961 from the viticulturists of Tirnavos.
In the vineyards of Tirnavos (total extent 35.000 str.) we cultivate chosen varieties with prevailing the red muscat. It is variety that prevailed in the region of Tirnavos and it attributes most excellent quality wines and distillations. The white varieties are Rhoditis, ugni-blanc, mpantiki, maccabeu, grenach-blanche, ntempina k. a.
The wines that we produce are white, red, rose, sweet and semi-sweet.
Wine cooperative of Tirnavos is the first company that produced and bottled tsipouro and ouzo.It also produces extract aged in oak barrels.
Wine cooperative of Tirnavos has unit of production condensed-must. This unit is the one from the two existing in Greece.
