APOSTOLAKIS ESTATERED

Local red dry wine from the region of Magnesia, produced at the Apostolakis Winery. It is made from the organically cultivated varieties Syrah and Xynomavro.

The selected grape varieties, their harmonious combination and the special wine-making process, result in a dark red wine with a blend of small red fruits (cherry, gooseberry, blueberry), spices (black pepper, clove, vanilla), leather, and tobacco.

A full-bodied, well-structured red wine, with a good acidity and strong tannins. It leaves a lingering aftertaste in the mouth.

RODINOS

APOSTOLAKIS ESTATERODINOS

Local rosé dry wine, which is produced at the Apostolakis winery and is made from the successful blend of the varieties Xynomavro and Grenache Rouge.

The selected grape varieties, their harmonious combination, and the special wine-making process result in a wine with a bright rosé colour and an intense, fruity aroma, which leaves the mouth feeling the sweet flavour of strawberry and pomegranate.

Its fruity and smooth taste, coupled with a balanced acidity, offers freshness and an excellent aftertaste to the palate.

WHITE

APOSTOLAKIS ESTATEWHITE

Local white dry wine, which is made from the unique blend of the fine varieties Roditis, Assyrtiko and Uqni Blanc.

HThe selected organic grapes, their harmonious combination, and the special wine-making process result in a nice bright, yellowish colour with greenish hues and in an intense, fruity aroma, reminiscent of yellow fruits (banana) with notes of citrus (grapefruit).

It has a rich, balanced taste with the right acidity. Its flavour with lemon notes offers a lingering aftertaste.
